Pirka Peruvian Tribute is a cultural and sensorial experience designed to captivate from the first bite.

Inspired by Peru's culinary riches, recognized globally as one of the world's best by the World Travel Awards (WTA) as the "World's Best Culinary Destination" 10 times in the last 12 years. At Pirka, we pay homage to that tradition with a modern, family-friendly, and deeply authentic experience.

OUR CHEF

Born in Lima, Peru, he graduated in 2005 from the haute cuisine program at Columbia School in Lima, Peru, working in different kitchens since the beginning of his training, specializing in Peruvian cuisine. 

• Participated in the implementation of six hotel projects and 13 restaurant projects in Lima, Peru, including the Fiama restaurant, Señorio de Sulco, La Reserva 335, among others.

• Today in Colombia, as a partner and chef at Pirka Tributo Peruano, he currently leads this project that allows him to showcase his gastronomic culture to the world.
